Gossip Girl

Gossip Girl is an American teen drama inspired by the series of novels with the same name. The series was first premiered in Canada on September 18, 2007 before it was premiered in US a day later. The series satirizes and focuses on the lives of young socialites growing up on New York City's Upper East Side. Pretty Blair Waldorf, is the toast of Manhattan's Upper East Side’s teenage population, envied by her friends and foes alike not only for her handsome boy friend Nate Archibald, but also for her life perceived to be perfect. However, her perfect world starts to collapse when her ex-best friend, recently thrown out of her previous school, gets admission in Blair’s elite private school.

The series dealing with teenage issues like sex, drugs, jealousy etc. is immensely popular with youth and recently premiered on September 1, 2008 for the next season.
